Our spec sheets on our pH sensors do not begin to list all the special electrodes because there are, conservatively, dozens of kinds that could be specified. Antimony, double junctions with special front fills, highly ruggedized glass, flat bulbs, gold ORP, and many, many more can be obtained for the asking.

PHS25 pH & ORP Sensor

This sensor was designed to give reliable service in the toughest of process environments, yet is priced competitively with those limited to use in less severe applications, such as wastewater monitoring, cooling tower control, and potable water treatment.

Application Notes

Wetted materials of construction are Teflon and Kynar, with EPR seals. The Teflon body provides outstanding chemical resistance, and the no-stick surface greatly reduces or eliminates coating problems. It can hold many different kinds of electrodes, tailored to specific needs, and can be used in any of the three common mounting arrangements. Using an SDI interfacing pH amplifier allows the sensor to be used with almost any model of pH or ORP meter.

These features make the PHS25 an ideal choice to standardize on for a facility, eliminating the need to stock many different kinds of electrodes and spare parts.
